![]() Welcome to the Montgomery County Beekeepers Association Website! The Montgomery County Beekeepers Association of Maryland has about 100 members, many of whom are Master Beekeepers. The Association has one purpose: promote better beekeeping. We welcome new members, and have classes in beekeeping for beginners every spring. Our Master Beekeepers are there to help you with your beekeeping problems, or even to simply give moral support when needed. The Association publishes a newsletter called The Honey Pot each month, and meets on the second Wednesday of each month (except December). Our meeting topics vary from colony management to selling honey. Our meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month, 7:30 PM at the Brookside Nature Center, 1400 Glenallan Rd. Wheaton (right next to Brookside Gardens). In addition to socializing, we discuss the latest beekeeping and management appropriate to the season. We always welcome guests. Bring a friend. Beekeeping is loads of fun! Come join us!
